Lovely Antique Dresden Gravy Boat with pretty scalloped edges and Lavender-Pink surrounding the bowl with gold trim. 
Stamp on bottom is faded with age...but you can still read Dresden. 
This would be a beautiful addition to your Shabby Chic...Farmhouse...Country French...Cottage decor.

Measures 8.5" from tip of spout to farthest edge of handle - bowl is 2.5" deep from the middle the bowl to the bottom.
